Chapter 42- Bring Her Clothes

"Deal" Jimin says and glares deep into your eyes. 

Before you can give a reaction to this statement, Yoongi is fast enough and reacts before you. 

"You two are the dumbest people I have ever met," He comments disapprovingly shaking his head. 

Both, you and Jimin, snap your heads to look at him with confused expressions. However you hiss as you feel your neck muscles aching due to the sudden movement. Feels like your neck is going to be stiff for quite some time. 

"Why are you calling us stupid?" Jimin asks, blinking a time or two while looking at his hyung. 

However, Yoongi decides to ignore the one asking him the question and continues talking, "This deal won't work,"  he says and you're ready to ask why however he does not give you the time, "One because you'll have to spend too much time together outside to manage and ignore each other afterwards and second, why don't you try and settle down your differences?"  

"Yoongi, you're forgetting something," You begin and Yoongi looks at you, "We're on break. Today or tomorrow most of the students will be gone, hopefully Chae-Rin with Cody too" you pause for a moment and another strong point comes up to your mind, "And let's not forget, I think the word is out that Jimin and Chae-Rin went to a  V.I.P. Room also that when they got out they saw Cody having me cornered,"  you make a small pause at that twisting your face a little bit, "However, the truth is a little bit twisted. They say that I hit on Cody," you purse your lips, "Anyways, whatever it is everyone knows and believes this happened so it would only be logical if it seemed as if me and Jimin put a pause to our relationship, at least until college begins again," you say your very valid points and let them sink in the boy's minds. 

Now, you'll wonder where you got that information from. Well when you were outside you happened to hear the gossip of two girls saying all of this and you also found out how the word got out. Those two teens that shoved you to the side when you went to the second floor, saw everything and of course didn't hesitate to twist the events to make a big deal out of it. 

"I don't see why this deal won't work," You say and look at Yoongi, "In plain words me and Jimin won't have to pretend when in front of others and we won't talk to each other when we're with anyone who knows the truth," You look at Jimin and see that he's in thought slowly nodding his head meaning that he agrees with your words, "And when students start coming back, we'll get back together" you say doing air-marks with your hands when you pronounce the last sentence. 

Jimin, who is thoroughly thinking about this, on one side agrees with this, as he won't have to be near you at all and even when he is he can just ignore you. On the other side he disagrees, because this could be you subtly trying to escape this whole play. Who guarantees him that you'll still be willing to do this after two weeks of not talking to him? 

Then again, something comes in his mind, a memory from last night. 

He's in a room, standing next to a bed and a female voice is talking to him. 
"I won't be going anywhere for the holidays," the voice says and suddenly he feels a hand tracing his shoulders, "I'll be here whenever you need me," 

Jimin turns around and is met the face of Chae-Rin, looking up at him through hooded eyelids.  Her hands are now finding themselves on his chest, however he stops them before they go down any further, "I have a girlfriend now, Chae-Rin, I'll be spending the holidays with her," 

He shakes his head and shudders as for a single moment he feels Chae-Rin's hands allover him again. 

"What?" Yoongi asks, referring to Jimin's sudden shudder.
