Chapter 36- Cousin Vs Cousin

Third Person POV.
Amy stood there watching as Emilia and Brad kissed, she couldn't believe what she was seeing in front of her eyes, her cousin was kissing one of her exes in front of her but out of all the ex-boyfriends, it had to be Brad.

Amy was pissed off as well as shocked seeing the scene that unfolded in front of her very eyes- she blinked and opened her eyes but she still saw the same picture as before; them two kissing. She didn't and couldn't understand why Emilia could kiss Brad like that in front of her and her friends but yet cried hysterically when Michael tried to kiss her?

Then it clicked into Amy's mind when she was on the phone to Emilia a couple days ago when Emilia said she had some news to tell her, Amy at the time couldn't understand why Emilia couldn't tell her over the phone but now she knew- Amy knew exactly what this 'great news' was but it wasn't great news at all for her more like it was Amy's worst nightmare.

Her little cousin was dating Brad and she didn't like it one little bit. Brad was way older than Emilia, more experienced and required a lot to be satisfied so what could her little cousin who was an innocent little girl have to offer the twenty year old?

so what's this great news you had to tell me face to face?" Amy asked looking at the pair, she knew the answer already but she wanted to hear her cousin say it.

Emilia looked at Brad smiling, "go ahead tell her" Brad said looking at Emilia with a smile. Emilia nodded her head before looking back at her cousin and the others. "what I wanted to tell you was me and Brad are now dating" Emilia said happily.

Brad smiled while kissing her cheek. "so what do you think about it?" Emilia asked breaking the silence that filled the hallway. "Well, I would say good on you both but we all know it's going to be disastrous," Calum said before walking into the living room to join Sammy and Thomas. Hailee followed after him giving Emilia a small smile. "I think it's nice that they're happy," James said supporting his best friend's new relationship even though he did wonder why Brad wanted to be with a girl who was sixteen when he was twenty.

James walked into the living room following after Calum and Hailee, Connor had already joined Sammy and Thomas in the living room moments prior to Emilia telling everyone she was dating the twenty-year-old who happened to be one of her cousin's ex-boyfriend's.

Sammy's POV
"it's so good to see you, Thomas," I said happily, him being here was the best thing to happen to me just lately. "yeah I think I picked the wrong time to visit especially with the bombshell that's just been dropped in the hallway" Thomas laughed."Yeah you could call it that but it'll get sorted," I say hopeful, but I knew it wouldn't be done nicely- it could only end one way which was disastrous.

By the look on Amy's face, this wasn't going to be pleasant or easy for her- I mean one of her ex-boyfriends dating her younger cousin who is only sixteen = one thing, trouble and lots of it. "Yeah so anyway how has my favourite cousin been?" Thomas asked me. "I've been good," I said lying, Calum shot me a look. "You've been good?" Thomas asked I nodded my head. "Life is good. Couldn't be any better" I lie. "Well, that's good," He said giving me a look to say he didn't buy my lies but thankfully he didn't question me any further."So how long are you staying for?" Hailee asked Thomas. "I've only come to visit so maybe a week give or take unless I decide to stay longer," He said to Hailee. "And what about you guys when are you leaving with Brad and Emilia?" Calum asked James.

We're here for while as Brad and Emilia couldn't wait to tell everyone the good news-- well, I mean Amy of course" James corrected himself. I eyed him suspiciously, why would they be excited, I know Emilia would be to tell her cousin but what did Brad have to be excited about? "How long have they been together? How did they even get together?" Calum asked, I looked at him, he was questioning James like James had committed a crime and Calum was the detective trying to find the answers. James looked at us, "why are you questioning me like I'm a suspect in a crime?" He asked, crossing his arms. Meanwhile outside in the hallway.
