Chapter 13

"Where are you guys going?" Faith stopped us as we walked to the car.

We both just got done with our last class and was headed to handle some business.

"Pop up." I answered plainly. Ever since I put her in check she's been distant which is okay with me.

"Can I come?" She asked. I stopped walking and thought about it.

"Fine but whatever you see don't say anything about." I warned. Anika looked at me like I was stupid but I didn't care.

"I promise." She nodded before trailing behind us.

"Why are you here again?" Bone groaned when he saw us entered the trap.

"And you brought them." He said when Anika and Faith walked in behind me.

"It's important Bone." I said.

"It's always important." Bone rolled his eyes.

"Look, Major is in a meeting right now with the boss man and boss man hates being interrupted." Bone stopped me from walking past.

"Bone move out the way." Anika smacked her lips.

"I'll take y'all to the back room until the meeting is over." Bone said.

"Fine." I mumbled and rolled my eyes.

"A'ight on the way back here whatever y'all see don't say shit about and if someone talks to y'all don't say nothing." He instructed before signaling us.

"I gotchu." I nodded my head.

We walked passed all the workers that were bagging up cocaine and other drugs.

"You're here again?" Cedric sighed.

"That's what I said." Bone stated.

"It's not my fault." I confessed.

"Who's fault is it?" Ced asked..

"Ya boy's cause he has my best friend fucked up." Nika said.

"And I just wanna talk to him about it." I replied.

"Just sit back here and I'll get y'all when he's ready." Bone ran his hand over his face before leaving. We all sat down on the plush couches.

"Damn Ced." I said when he forced me to scoot over so he could sit next to Faith.

"How you doin' Miss Faith?" He put his arm around her shoulders.

"I am doing just fine." She answered.

"You thought about my offer?"

"What offer?" Nika hopped into their conversation.

"I wanna take ya girl out but she's playin'." Ced smirked.

"Cedric!" Bone popped his head in.

"Wassup?"

"We need you real quick." Bone nodded his head towards the hall.

"I'll be back, beautiful." He winked at Faith.

"Ced is really feelin' you." Anika pointed out.

"Yes, I've noticed." Faith nodded her head.

"I already talked to her about it and she doesn't want him." I told Nika.

"I actually have a boyfriend."

"Since when?" I raised my eyebrows.

"We've been dating for a couple weeks now." She smiled.

"He's cute." I said when she showed me a picture.
