"Chris! Is she okay?"
"I don't know- but, Lizzie, Ant and I are in the car, taking her to the hospital. She's in pain, real pain. She wants you. We're here now...I will text you the address as soon as we hang
up-"
"Is the baby okay? Is- let me speak
to Addie. Give her to me- Chris-"
"Grant, I'm not a doctor... but I don't think so... kid, you need to calm down, okay? Just stay focused on driving, and get here. I'll see you then, okay? Okay?"
"Okay. Okay. I-alright."

Since the time jump that happened (4 months later), Grant had come to visit Addie in Atlanta while she continues to film scenes for Infinity War. Evans calls Grant about Addie.
