Progress

When you have hit rock bottom, the only thing you can make is progress.

Ethan's POV

I'm cured. Only my parents and I know. Gray, M, and Cam are all coming today. They don't know. I have to be careful about what I eat. So I can only have plain ass toast and water. I scroll through my phone Liking, retweeting different posts etc. The support is great. I'm a fighter like my dad. I come across a video on Instagram. Made by a user called BurritoEthan (Shoutout to you). I play it. It is called 'Who is Ethan Dolan?'

It was probably the most amazing video I have ever seen. Soon enough, I am greeted by my annoying other half, Cam and my girlfriend. They brought balloons. "Hey guys," I said. "Hey E, how ya feeling," Gray says. "Better," I reply. Melissa comes and sits next to me. I play dumb about the outcome. "Ethan, I don't want to lose you," she says quietly. "Neither do I," I reply. After everyone is all on the same page ( as far as they know) Doctor Smith comes in.

Melissa's POV

The last time I was in this situation. I was told my Boyfriend, had cancer. "So I have some news about the surgery," she says. Everything that happened last time, happened again.

*flashback*

while she is speaking I look at Ethan, he squeezed my hand as tight as he can, which isn't very tight, I see tears forming.

*end of flashback*

"Ethan... is cured, he is a fighter and he did it," she said. My body freezes. My boyfriend fought Cancer and won, just like his father. I pull him in for a hug. I'm now crying tears of happiness. We are told he can go home in two days time. His parents leave tomorrow evening so we have to look after him. I'm so glad. Grayson's words play in my head. He was right.

Grayson's POV

I have never been so happy in my life! He isn't going to leave me. He is better and making progress. It reminds me of how lucky I am for my good health. Everything I said in the 'You're Not Alone' video comes back to me. We decided to announce the news.

A huge weight was dumped on our shoulders. We felt like we were going to collapse. We didn't we pushed through. Ethan did it. Me being me decided I should play a song. He recently got into the Chainsmokers. Their latest song is Sick Boy. Not for long anyway. I play it for him.

Being in LA the connections are great. I'm going to make some dreams come true. Why is that? Because Life is too short!
