I wake up to find myself in my own bed. I feel like I'm going crazy until I turn to see my phone. I turn it on to reveal my lock screen... yet it wasn't my lock screen. It had been changed. I was some pictures of Ethan, Grayson, and I. I smiled. Is this real? I unlock my phone to see it open to notes. It reads:
Dear Melissa,
Yesterday was amazing. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. I am so lucky to have you, as is Grayson and Cameron. I will remember this night forever and I hope you do too. I got Grayson to take you home as by the time you're reading this I will be in Physiotherapy.

As I finished reading I had the biggest smile on my face. Someone gives me the courtesy knock and enters. A sweaty shirtless Grayson enters my room. "You good Melissa?" he asks slightly out of breath. "Yeah, I'm perfect!" I reply. "Ethan enjoyed last night ya know," he tells me. "I did too," I agree. "There's loads of food downstairs for ya so help yourself," he lets me know. "Thanks, G," I reply. I head downstairs to grab a bowl and make my breakfast. Fruit, yogurt, and honey. I take pictures and post them on my Social Media.
I decided to join Cameron for a small workout. We did stretches, squats, planks and a short jog on the treadmills. I go to have a shower and freshen up as it's Cam's last day before she goes back. So we decided to hit the mall. We go into our last shop, forever 21 and I show Cam my whole completed outfit. I go to try on some clothes. I go out of the fitting rooms to ask Cam for her opinion. I see that she's on Facetime as the phone is in front of her face. "Hey, Cam what do ya think?" I ask. She looks up at me and she looks amazed. She walks over. "Ethan thinks you look great," she says. "Ethan?" I say. She shows me her phone screen. "Hey E!" I say. "Hey M you look like you've been busy," He begins. "Can I see the full outfit?" He asks. "Sure!" I reply. I give a little spin to show off my Maroon Bomber Jacket, White Adidas Top, White Ripped Jeans and my Black Old Skool Vans.

I go back over to the phone to see a super smiley Ethan Dolan. "Awesome!" he says. "Why thank you," I reply. "Well I gotta go," Ethan begins. "but I've got some news so I'll see you soon,". Before I could reply the call ended. Cameron and I just laugh. I get changed back into my previous clothes before going to pay. We pay and go to our favorite place STARBUCKS! We order 2 iced coffees with creamer and sugar.

"So," Cameron begins. "What did you get up to with Ethan yesterday?" She asked. Luckily I was prepared for this. We spent a good hour on social media and talking about my two "Dates" with the twins. Before we knew it the time was 5:00 pm so we headed home. I quickly get changed into my new clothes and take a cheeky mirror selfie. Grayson pulls his car out of the garage and beeps the horn, signaling us to get in.

We arrive at the hospital 15 minutes later. The receptionist just neds as we have been to the hospital so many times. We go in to see Ethan. Our Ethan is back. That's when we get it. The Best News!
"Tomorrow?" we say. We are all in shock. "Yeah," he replies. I go and hug Ethan. Gray and Cam follow. "You guys need to bring me some clothes and other stuff so I can freshen up. I'm on the verge of tears andnGray and Cam pull me in for a hug. We give Ethan one last hug and kiss each before leaving. I leave last and turn around. I smile. He winks. Cheeky. I mouth to him. He smiles and lays back.
