The world around us began to spin. Colors merging into one and the surroundings becoming unrecognizable. The disembodied hands began to glow, their palms illuminating the space around us. They began to clench their fists, almost like they were preparing for something or wanted to act on their own. My eyes darted back and forth, my heart full of worry for what I was about to see. Seeing this Fresh Gaster frowned, obviously not fully understanding what I was going through. He put a hand gently on my shoulder before ruffling my hair once more.

" Don't fret. Things will work out " I nodded gently, trying my upmost best to seem calm, shaking slightly still from nervousness. The air around us became stuffy, making it harder to breathe with every passing second. My heart raced as our surrounds became recognisable. I could make out three people in the quickly clearing haze. Sans, Gaster and me. I was laying on the table, struggling to breathe and crying silently. The past Sans clenched his fists and banged them violently on the wooden table, barely missing the younger me.

" Damn it. Why does this have to happen doc?" Gaster grabbed my hand tightly, feeling the light pulse and frowning slightly. I watched as Gaster turned and grabbed a syringe from the drawer, filled with a glowing white substance. Sans' eye sockets widened, obviously not liking what he was seeing and stuttering slightly. I had never seen Sans like this before. He was normally so calm and collected. It hurt me to see him this way, knowing I caused it. Tears pricked my eyes and soon began to fall. Fresh Gaster just sighed and patted my shoulder. Through the tears I saw the original past Gaster inject me with the substance. Sans almost stepping back away from it all.

" What the hell are you doin' doc?" Gaster just picked the younger me up in his arms, wrapping me in his lab coat.

" She is special Sans. She will free us one day. I just know it. Promise me that if you meet her again that you protect her?" Sans nodded reluctantly before agreeing. Turning, Gaster tripped over an exposed wire, making him stumble and stagger.

" Sans take her!" I watched as Sans took a sleeping me in his arms before Gaster fell into an exposed portal, screaming as he fell. The portal suddenly closed, leaving the two of us sat in silence. My child self began to cry, maybe from a bad dream. My heart sank as I watched Sans comfort me in my time of need.

" Shhh kid. Its ok. After I look into Gaster's notes I will send ya back. Promise "
