" You guys go on ahead. I can use shortcuts. Go now " Sans seemed strangely calm despite the situation. Everything outside was beginning to crumble, how could the short skeleton remain so calm? I turned to Undyne and Alphys, my disembodied hands taking center stage behind me. They began to glow a blinding shade of white, bathing the whole room in its glow. The lizard and fish monster look at my extra hands strangely, having never seen them before. I smiled a little, their reaction being one that I had suspected. I turned to the others, all who seemed concerned by the current predicament. Fell scratched his skull worryingly, his crimson gaze landing on me.
" What do we do when we get to the barrier doll? " This was something that couldn't be planned. Error was as unpredictable as his actions, Chara moved in a similar way. You couldn't prepare for that. I shrugged regrettably, the hands behind me following my every movement. Fell turned from me sighing and folding his arms. I hated not being able to plan the entire fight out. Anything could be waiting for us out there. One wrong move could be our last. We couldn't afford to barge into this head on. I turn to Undyne, seeing the determination in her eyes, shining behind her golden orb.
" Let's head out " The fish woman nods gently, turning on her heels and heading out of the door into whatever danger awaited. She was followed by the others, Sans seemingly nowhere in sight. He must have already left for the fight location. I turn slowly, looking behind me into the skelehouse. This may be the last time I see it. I wanted to take in the sight. We could all die soon or Error could destroy our world, either way I wouldn't see this place again unless we succeeded. I sigh, setting my foot outside of the door. I feel something tug on my arm, pulling me back into the house. Papyrus smiled at me, as sweet as always. He held my arm tight, keeping a tight grip on me.
" Human, come back to us ok? Don't get yourself hurt " I removed Papyrus' hand and smiled softly back at the tall skeleton, nodding in understanding. I didn't plan to let Error win, that I was sure of. I bounded out the house and into the snow covered world filled with black ash. We had to hurry. If Error got to the barrier first we could kiss this world goodbye.
