The doors of the lift began to open, revealing to me what looked like a city consisting of nothing but the color grey. There wasn't much for me to see, seeing as everything looked almost identical. As I exited the lift I began to wonder where exactly Sans had teleported to.Was he just ahead? Was he waiting with Asgore? I wasn't sure and as I began to walk along the long corridor I felt a sense of familiarity. Of course! I must have been here before. If I had made it to the long orange corridor then I must have passed through here. I smiled, seeing my younger self run through the room, desperate to see Gaster. I was happy, delighted even, having managed to make my way through the underground. I smiled softly, the younger me vanishing into mist as I was shaken from my thoughts. Swapfell Undyne touched my shoulder gently, trying not to startle me.

" Human, why did you stop? " Stop? Looking forward I noticed that everyone else was way in front of me, looking back in concern. When had I stopped? I didn't even notice. I was trapped in my memories for a short time it would seem. My memories may keep me distant right now but after this fight all would become clear, this I was sure of. Taking a deep sigh, I step forward. I had to press on, no time to waste. I slowly pass the others, watching as their gazes followed me. The once concerned glances became as soft as cotton as I passed them, a soft smile and relaxed stance showing that fear no longer shook me.

" Kyra.." I kept looking forward into the distance, seeing a familiar orange glow shine from the next room. We were so close now. I could almost hear the barrier sound ringing in my ears like a set of bells, persistent and loud. I began to run as fast as my legs would carry me, a group of rapid steps soon following me as I continued running forward. Turning the corner caused me to stop in my tracks, faced with something I didn't expect. No, it wasn't an enemy. It was something much more horrifying. Sans lay on the floor, blood dripping from his freshly open wound. It had only recently happened. I run to the skeleton with all my force, seeing blood spilling on the orange marble floor. Tears prick my eyes, not wanting to loose someone who I considered a friend. My hands began to glow green, mist flowing to Sans wound and gently closing it up, stopping the blood. When had I learnt this? Was it powers related to Gaster?
