Chenle - Love at first sight

Dedicated to RayAndTheKilljoys because she loves Chenle, and she gave me this idea on a livestream, so this is for my favourite person and her bias. This was so cheesy :| 

Chenle knew what love was but he never really dealt with it since he didn't need too. He had been specifically told not to fall in love since it was irrelevant. Taeyong had warned him that it could make him feel like there was nothing better in the world than the person you loved. But what did Taeyong know about love?

It wasn't a warm morning, it was cold and brisk. Chenle was walking to the dance studio as he felt cold to the bone even when he was wearing a jacket. It was hard to see with the snow falling and the fog filling the air. 

Elouise was running late for her meeting with her friends, she'd woken up late and had to get dressed fast before they all froze to death. Running down the supposedly empty streets, she ran into Chenle, tripping over his leg and making him fall over as well. Both of them falling into the snow Elouise was face first into the snow, as Chenle stumbled backwards and ended up on his ass. 

The male stood up and offered his hand to Elouise. "Sorry, I wasn't looking so I couldn't move out of the way to let you past." Chenle apologises, looking at Elouises appearance. The shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes. He found she looked beautiful. His heart fluttering already as he felt short of breath for speaking to the female. 

"No, I should be sorry, I was running because I'm late on meeting my friends, Elouise." She says offering her hand to Chenle. Shaking her hand, Chenle smiled. 

"Chenle, nice too meet you." He says, "I'll let you go, hopefully we meet again." He says. As he let Elouise go when she was off the ground. He continued walking to the dance studio, wondering why he felt the way he did. Realising it was a feeling he had never felt for anyone else before. Love. 

The day was passing by as Chenle danced his heart out with the other dreamies. He was prepared for the next show. Everyone left the dance studio, feeling warm and pumped up, Jisung could see the happiness on Chenles face and get teasing the male about it, making Chenle go red. 

"Jisung, have you ever felt like you've loved someone you just met?" He asked, looking at the taller but younger male. 

Jisung hummed softly in response. "No, but you're in love I see?" 

Chenle nodded, walking with the male as they got back to the dorms, Jisung following Chenle to their room. Chenle sat down and searched all social media sites for someone named Elouise. He didn't have a last name, but only a face. There was virtually 2% chance of him finding the female. Giving up as he lost hope. Knowing he would never find the person he had fallen in love with. 

It was over a year when Chenle bumped into Elouise again, he wasn't given much of a chance to speak to her, since his manager was ushering him along to get inside and have his hair and makeup done for their show. He was surprised to see Elouise, but she didn't recognise him. 

If anything, Chenle found it hard to find love, he knew who he loved, but she didn't seem to notice him. It broke his heart to feel that way. All in all, he spent days and hours trying to forget about her. Years passed by before she even acknowledged the male again. Realising it was the Chenle from her childhood that she had ran into. And now they could meet again.  

Elouise looked at the male that sat in front of her. "Chenle.. its been over 5 years.. I'm sorry I could never find you again, I never even thought of the connection of you being the Chenle from my childhood." She says. Sitting down and accepting the warm drink he had given her. 

"I think I have to confess.. the moment I saw you I fell in love with you. Its weird, but it happened, and I'm so glad it did.." Chenle says, looking into his mug, as he looked up at her. Elouise was nodding along as she hummed softly. 

Over the next 8 months, Chenle took her on dates, as he built up the courage to ask her out, wanting to do it out of the blue or bring it up casually but always backed out. It all changed when he got the courage to do it, with the encouragement of the dreamies. 

"Be mine? Forever?"

"I'll only be yours..."
