[ Flashback : Before Arriving At The Vacation Mansion ]
"I'm so excited, I can't wait to see the sea and play in the sand!" Masayang tili ni Biblee habang nag-aayos siya ng mga damit na gusto nyang dalhin.
According to Nanay, everything's been prepared ahead of time. They were really planning a short vacation before we've even arrived here caught redhanded that we were attending a different school.
Kaya naman damit na lang ang kailangan naming dalhin at lahat ng gamit ay ayos na. That's why we are packing some of our clothes.
"But Gabby's really funny and somewhat innocent." She told me dreamily while I'm helping her in choosing her clothes. I agreed and nodded with a smile to her statement.
"I know right." I answered while giggling. "But there's really something I can't pinpoint about her. She's really bubbly and such so I don't really get why Nanay called her the most dangerous Evans. Like in what basis?" I added.
"Ate Hopie, alam mo minsan masyado kang OA. Lahat ng Evans dangerous. Including me," Then she showed me her pouty lips. "I am pretty dangerous." She stated confidently.
"Hahaha!" I laughed out loud. Nakakalito sa totoo lang 'yung sinabi nya pero sanay na ako sa mga pakulo nyang magulo.
"Iisipin ko na talaga anak ka ni Ninang Dyosa. Lagi na lang kagandahan ang panlaban." Natatawang sabi ko sa kanya kaya naman nakatanggap ako ng palo sa braso. Dinilaan ko na lang sya kaya naman nagkatawanan kami.
"Bilisan mong mag-ayos dyan. Baba lang ako, gonna go check on Nanay and Tatay. Also Liam too." I told her while heading towards her bedroom door.
Bumababa ako ng hagdan. I checked Nanay and Tatay's room but they aren't there so I searched for them in the living room, dinning room, and kitchen but found nothing.
Where are they?
I was about to go to Liam's room when I saw a shadow going through the garden. I got curious so I followed it. I sighed when I saw Nanay's back, thought it was someone. Maybe Gabby.
Palihim kong sinundan si Nanay gugulatin ko sana. Pumunta ito kay Tatay na nasa hammock sa garden. Nanay suddenly put out her phone then she tapped something on it.
"Pards!" Narinig kong bati ni Tatay. Si Tito Nate?
Dahil sa narinig kaagad akong nagtago. I don't want to eavesdrop but something whispered to me that I need to do it. Unconsciously, I hid but I made sure that I could still hear them.
"Lakas ng sapak ng anak mo aba! Anong pinakain mo ro'n?" Muntik na akong matawa dahil sa bati ni Tatay kay Tito Nate.
"Mana sa Momo nya." I heard Tito Nate's reply, it is a bit faint, nevertheless, I could still hear him. Good thing I have clear and good ears.
"I thought she's something we shouldn't mess with? Are the one who're messing with us, then?" Nanay asked calmly. I thought Tito Nate hanged up because there was somewhat a long pause.
"Lian, she's a replica of Light but crueler." Bigla akong kinilabutan sa narinig ko, sobrang seryoso no'n na maging sina Nanay at Tatay ay parang binuhusan ng malamig na tubig. I was scared for a moment there, thought that those words were whispered near my ear.
"Are you serious, that kid won't even kill an ant." Tatay tried to joke. Kahit ganun hindi nawala 'yung kaba ko. Grabe naman.
"If I were you I'll follow her words and orders, you wouldn't want to be on her bad side." Binalewala ni Tito 'yung biro ni Tatay.
