So it's a nickname
in the family for her.
Bc she was 8 and we were having
A family gathering for like two
weeks at our grandparents/her house
and they live on a farm. And one
night, poachers came and killed some
sheep and skinned them for their wool
bc the poachers are bastards.
So grandpa told, Felix, a guy
who they employ to help on the farm,
to tell Essie anything (even scare her
if it came to it)bso that she doesn't
go on the field where the two dead
sheep and loads of blood was
bc she's the youngest and well she was
8 and will get over anything
that scares her anyway. But they didn't want
a lily tile girl who cherishes all of the
animals to see two slaughtered ones

They didn't need to tell
Fra (her bro bc he's 11 and
understands) so Felix found
Essie playing around in our
Grandparents attic, bc we're
allowed to as they have toys and
stuff in their from when our parents
we're kids and stuff so yeah.
He finds her, and she's hidden
behind boxes so poked her
head out and grins like she
always does (She can get away
with murder I swear)
And Felix tells her "don't go on
the left field closest to the big oak
tree with the swing
because they're are dead bodies
buried there and the police need to come investigate".

She agreed and he goes away.
Essie being weird af. Picks up the
doll she's playing with,
leaves the attic and goes down to
one of the tool sheds and
grabs some waste bags and a
shovel. Still carrying the doll as
well. She goes to the
field she was told not to.
She is oblivious To the dead sheep
my grandpa and uncle were
going to get rid of (I think they
were sorting out one of the other
animals first) and drops the
waste bags onto the ground. She
still had doll in her other hand as
a a tiny 8yr old she struggled to
dig up much land. Seamus, our cousin
noticed her in the field (he's like
15 at this time) and screams for an adult.

We all rush out (kids + adults)
nanny was filming because she was
doing some sort of video with
my sister and we find Essie in the field and grandpa asks her what she is doing.
She replied "finding the
dead bodies so that I can look at them!"
Baring in mind this is being
filmed my uncles and some cousins are laughing.
my uncle (her dad) goes and
picks her up whilst Felix takes
the shovel and waste bags, and
they try to get all of us away from the dead sheep and blood.
It isn't until then that my mum
noticed what doll Essie had in her hand. My nanny is angry at my grandpa who
is slowly backing away from her.
"I TOLD YOU TO GET RID OF
THEM TWENTY YEARS AGO!"
She screams at him, after my aunt takes the camera from her and continues to film everything.

turns to our nanny, hugging the doll
going, "but he's my friend!
We were playing the letter and
number game in the attic!"
We are all confused until
nanny, who is even more angry
screams at grandpa.
