They'd be a little perplexed at first. "You .. you want to pray in my room?". They would want to know why exactly their room, why not somewhere else. They would of course let you do it. If you needed their room in order to have a calm mind, in order to relax and fully pray, then go for it. They'd even let their brothers know to not disturb you. Take as long as you need. If you're okay with it, they might ask you if they could watch. Or just explain to them what you're doing since they never really came in contact with religion.
