Leo: He would be much more careful. Granted he's usually careful with his friends - he's knows he can be a little rough sometimes. He'd constantly ask you if you're okay, if you need something and would overall turn into a 10/10 mom.
Raph: He might stay away a little. He's not good with humans in the first place, let alone blind ones. He's just afraid to hurt or insult you, that's all. But then again, he finds that being blind has some advantages too: you can't see how ugly he really is (in his mind of course).
Donnie: Donnie would find it fascinating and although he want to be a "professional" he would often just wave his hand in front of your face to see if you're really blind. He doesn't mean it in a bad way he's just blown away.
Mikey: Heck, he would totally forget that you're blind sometimes. Like handing you a plate or your phone without even realizing that you can't see. He doesn't treat you any different than other people.
