I can see all of them having a similar reaction with more (Mikey) or less (Raph) crying. They'd sit there, in front of the TV or computer, holding the controller or mouse and sit in silence. Mainly cause they didn't realize this was actually it. They thought the character would re-spawn or somehow survive whatever they've just been through. But when they saw it was for real they'd either cry about it or get mad. Like "HOW DARE THEY? THIS IS BULLSHIT!". They might need to take a break before continuing to play.
The worse part would be if they had to choose who got to live. Kinda like in TellTale's "The Walking Dead" or in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. It would take them MINUTES to take a decision and hopefully make the right call.
