"Oh my God, nooooo. What is she doing?", was the first thought that went trough their head. Does she not know how dangerous this situation is? How dangerous it is to run into someone at gunpoint in the first place? Have they not thought her to stay away when it really comes to it? They should have left her at home with her mom. "Sweetie, what are you doing?", they asked in a stressed tone. Of course they were worried. Not so much for themselves but for their flesh and blood. "This man called you a monster but you are not", she gave back. "My dad is the best that in the world. He makes me laugh, he cooks for me and he loves me. Nothing that a monster would do, huh?", she then said facing the police. "OH MY GOD", went through their head one more time. Where did she get that sassiness from? Surely not from their dad. They know she meant well and began to smile a little. After all, not a lot of people would openly declare their love for them and it showed them that they did something right while raising her. Their hearts were filled with pride and love. However, they still needed to get out of there. Alive. They would take a bullet if it mean that their daughter was safe. Thank God for Casey and April who came to the rescue.
At the lair, they would hug their daughter tightly, letting her know how much they appreciate her. Then they'd say that it was a very dangerous situation and while they loved the fact that she stood up for them she shouldn't do it again. They were too worried about her and don't want to be near a heart attack again.
