At first it wouldn't look like anything sexual to them. They lick their lips too, often without even realizing it and they wouldn't even realize with you either. It was just normal to them, you know. If you're a friend to them they wouldn't mention it. If you're a bit more like their crush or even girlfriend they would soon find it attractive. There was something so compelling about it. How you do that without a second though, just a quick lick over your lips. They probably want to lick your lips too. Keeping them from getting dry and even chapping.
