I feel like all of them would secretly enjoy it but some of them would have a harder time to actually admit it (and hug back or whatever it is). Mikey would love it no matter what. Good God, he's a cuddly teddy bear already and when you come up to him to cuddle or hug, he's all in for it. Not only does he love hugging people but he got to hug you. Raph would stiffen up immediately. He just wasn't good with any physical contact, doesn't matter if you're his crush or not. He's always afraid of hurting you, touching you too roughly or hug you too tightly. It would take him a while to hug back. As for Leo and Donnie ... they're okay with it and would accept it. Not as much as Mikey but still. If you want them to hold your hand, they would do it. They'd wrap their arms around you if you go in for a hug. It would be a bit awkward at first but they warm up to it faster than Raph.
