First and foremost our boys are not dumb ... buuuuuut you might need to explain them certain things. They're not really informed about transgenders (they know what it means but have never seen one) or what you can do in order to fully transition. They're not ignorant, they just never googled it and had other things to do. However, given the fact you were their crush they wanted to know. EVERYTHING. How it started - "how old were you when you realized you were in the "wrong body"?" "how did you notice?" "what did you think when you finally realized?" to other things like what you parents and friends said and to finally how you're dealing with it in a society like today. As for your dysphoria, they would do anything so you'd feel better and confident. But in order to do that you need to be open about your feelings. Tell them what's wrong, they would listen. You're their crush after all so they want you to be happy. And if anyone ever tries to talk bad about you, you can be assured that they will have a talk with your turtle.
