I honestly don't think they'd say anything at all. They'd be too ashamed and embarrassed to take a second look as well. They probably didn't even see the color. Not that they mind though, they just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. No matter if you were dating or if you were "just" their crush. It's awkward and a very private moment and they wouldn't want to talk about it. Only if you bring that topic up, they would talk about it. Act like they didn't knew right from the beginning, being as innocent as ever.
