Let's be honest: it would totally freak them out. Venus is scary at first and literally killed everyone the first time round. Donnie would love it though, it was fascinating, yet so incredibly sad. He'd try to help her as best as possible, try to make her feel normal. Leo would probably train with her in order to focus on her strength and much less on her weakness. Control is key. Raph would train with her physically - not as much though in the beginning cause she's probably the least trained out of all of them. Mikey ... well let's be honest he'd find it so cool and would totally show her off to everyone. "YES, THIS IS MY SISTER!"
