Raph: Oh hell no. No touching this guy. He wouldn't even let his crush touch him until he is very sure of her motives. He's just very cautious of everything.
Donnie: Yes, Donnie is a scientist and likes to touch / examine things too but ... he's just a turtle. A mutated one but still a turtle. He wouldn't understand why you wanted to touch him.
Mikey: Oh you could touch him. He'd gladly reach for you hand and place it on his. He's excited to have met someone who's truly interested in him.
