Let's imagine they live in a world where mutants are accepted and walk freely ... they would do extremely well. (With the occasional "of course they're good, they're fucking mutants after all" from other guys). Leo would take everything extremely seriously while Mikey might see all of it as fun. That is until they became competitive (or bullied) and wanted to show everyone how good they're actually were.
Also, the turtles in a police / army / navy uniform? YES PLEASE.
