Let's say they actually make it to have a deep sleep (Leo an Donnie both struggle with this and are awakened by the slightest noise) they'd be surprised. Like they wouldn't know what to do. Yes, they felt someone kick them but no threat was seen in the room. Oh, it was you! What the hell were you dreaming? Did you just twitch or was it an actual kick? They don't remember. If it happens regularly they would either sleep away from you as far as possible - aka on the other side of the bed - or keep you close and hold you tight so there is no chance for you to move at all. I can see Mikey being a kicker too tough, he probably tosses and turns more in his sleep than all the other brothers combined.
