As bad as it sounds I don't think they would still want to be with you. They don't have anything against transgenders they just don't see themselves dating one. They would support you in your decision, help combat prejudices but still ... You were still the most important person in their lives and they still loved you. But I don't think they could be in a romantic relationship anymore.
