I honestly think they would all say to look away. No matter how much the brother would enjoy that scene or seeing his future sister in law in just a pose, LOOK AWAY. It's not their girlfriend and the turtle would make that very clear.
However, if the boys would accidentally watch a movie or show with their sister in law in, they would have different reactions:
Leo: Just like the gentleman he is, he'd look away. Yeah, it's her job and yes this was probably nothing compared to what she does with his brother in the bedroom but STILL. If it was the other way around, he wouldn't like it either if his brothers kept staring at his girl.
Raph: Depending on how cocky he is, he might ask her about it later on - while his brother is present too. However, he wouldn't watch the whole scene though, just a little since it's a bit weird.
Donnie: Donnie might look away in embarrassment (she looks gorgeous though) OR would be too perplexed to say something. Like having popcorn still in his hand, unable to put it in his mouth. That's what he would do: just staring and blushing.
Mikey: Oh he would enjoy it. Yes, it is a little awkward but damn she had a nice body. And she's an actress. She's doing this as a job. Also, Mikey isn't the only one seeing this so he feels a little better.
