Leo: We all know Leo is the rational one so he would ask you how you got it, is it dangerous, can it be transmitted by touch? Even if, it wouldn't keep him from loving and touching you.
Raph: He wouldn't believe it at first. Give him take to fully understand it and answer his questions. "Is it contagious?", he asked. Depending on what it is you can live a total normal life and he's happy with that.
Donnie: Similar to Leo he would ask a bunch of questions. And if you have to take pills he'd sure as hell always ask you if you're sure you've taken them
Mikey: Mikey is a little emotional and as soon as he heard "disease" he thought of the worst. You'd have to tell him that you're not dying and that you're feeling fine. Poor cinnamon roll.
