They'd be taken aback a little. You've been dating for a while now, they've caught glimpses of your skin anyways and didn't see anything wrong with your body. To them you were perfect the way you are. There was NOTHING gross about you or your body. But they're also understanding and good listeners. Tell them why. Why do you feel self-conscious? How did you get that scar? Why do you feel like they wouldn't find a chubby body attractive? Like I said they'd understand it and wouldn't force you to anything or make you feel bad. They wouldn't mock you. However, they would try their best to show you that your body is perfectly fine. Who cares about stretch marks? See them as tiger stripes - one of the strongest cats. Scars? Take them as battle scars and feel like Black Widow or Wonder Woman (Mikey is immensely fond of that thought to be honest!). Chubby? It's okay to NOT have a size 0. But if it was really bothering you, they'd suggest working out with them. Just a little here and there. Even though they didn't think you'd need that, they'd do it for you.
