Leo would be such a mess. How the hell did he fall in love with you? Why? How could that be? This was not fair and it shouldn't be. You were best friends for God's sake. Everything went fine until that day. Until he couldn't hide his feelings any longer. Maybe they were alway there and he just couldn't admit it. Maybe they developed over time. But now, whenever he looks at you he just smiles. No idea how it really happened. It just hit him: he was falling for you. Hard. He never noticed how stunning you were. How beautiful your smile was. But then again, he's good at observing things: he knows your ticks. Knows what you do when you're sad, angry, excited. And until that day he never really bothered much but now everything was cute and adorable. He wants to be with you, hold you, touch you. Kiss you. He knows it's not possible. You didn't have any feelings for him, he's a turtle, he's a mutant and overall not good enough for you. Of course he tried to hold his composure whenever you were near. Training together like pros. Keeping the distance, never letting his feelings interfere with anything. He wanted to keep it to himself. No one should know. Maybe Splinter would be the only one to notice. Leo isn't stupid he knows he has to deal with this by either telling you and confessing his feelings or do get you out of his head. Expect homeboy to practice in front of a mirror, making a list of points he needs to say and what to absolutely avoid. You can find him drift of a few times like Donnie would do and that's exactly how you'd find out that something is wrong.
