It's always a good thing to wear red underwear. Raph is like a bull when it comes to this: the more red, the better. Especially if it's fine lingerie and / or satin. But no matter what it is, as long as it's soft and his color he loves it. Maybe because his hands are rather rough and full of scars, maybe it feels nice to once hold and touch something soft (that's why he's always touching you as well).
As for a bra that opens in the front: let's be real he still has trouble with opening the "normal" ones so he would have a hard time with these ones too. But he'll get the hang of it and will actually realize that those bras are so much easier to open.
