If you've been dating for a while they wouldn't even notice it anymore. They were used to you being there all the time, talking to them and quite frankly almost adjusting to the typical New York / Brooklyn accent. The more you talked the better and clearer it got.
If it was the first time hearing you talk, hearing your accent or you only let it out if you get angry, they'd be surprised. Yes, they lived in (and loved) New York and heard a bunch of different languages and accents every day but this was different. You were right next to them, talking, explaining things.
They would find it cute. Especially if you pronounce something different than them (potato and potato - ha, got ya!) or when you struggle to find the words. Other than that they might find it extremely sexy too. To them your accent sounded like from a complete different world. It was new, interesting, fun. Also, I can see them ask you to talk in your native language from time to time. And if it only was a "Hi, my name is (Y/N) and I'm from (your country)".
