Like you said, he would take her everywhere. It's like she's glued to him. As for taking care of her: he'd try to do everything. Apart from breastfeeding her of course. He'd burp her, change her, bath her. Anything to make you feel less stressed. You've been pregnant for so long, the delivery wasn't easy and you gave birth to this beautiful girl. In Raph's eyes, this was the least he could do. Plus you might catch him hum or sing a few songs to her (mainly when he thinks you're sleeping). Speaking of sleep: he might take a - unintentional - nap here and there. Same for falling asleep everywhere with your daughter in his arms. Overall, he's trying really hard and might fail sometimes (have you ever tried putting a onesie on a baby while you have big, mutant, turtle hands?). Still he wouldn't change it for anything in the world.
