I don't see them having a problem with that. However you can expect them to give you confused looks. "What do you mean this is your sister?". Don't mock them but laugh a little, take it lightly. They don't mean to offend anyone with these words. Then they'd be curious. Are they your step brothers? Is your sister adopted? Do you have half siblings too? If they'd get along that all depends on each person. If they clash personality wise then they will clash. No matter if they're related (by blood) to you or not.
