Chapter 53
Evie's POV // Go With Me

I make quick work of showering and getting ready. I put some loose curls into my hair and just enough makeup to look fresh and awake instead of gross and sickly.

I bounce down the stairs in leggings and one of Niall's t-shirts that I stole from his London closet before we left. Never thought I'd be a clothes-stealing girlfriend, but here I am —living the dream. I pull a thick cardigan over the top and Niall's favorite black vans on my feet.

I expecting Niall to be in the sitting room watching the golf channel with Chris as he said they would be doing all day, but as I near the living room I hear a happy chatter that surely doesn't come from two men watching golf.

When I step into the living room I'm surprised to find none other than Niall's brother and his family.

This is quite a surprise, as I wasn't expecting to meet them until Sunday...but I guess today is as good as any.

I stand shyly in the doorway as I watch the group of them interact —specifically, Niall and his nephew Theo. Niall has him flung over his shoulder and is torturing him with the same onslaught of tickles he usually gives me.

Theo let's out loud giggles while begging Niall to stop, finally able to breathe again when Niall sets him down.

A very winded Niall Horan catches sight of me after he puts the 5 year old down and a smile breaks over his face.

"Ah there she is." Niall comments, drawing the attention away from the adorable little boy and to my small frame that's glued to my spot in the door way.

Niall walks over and grabs my hand, pulling me deeper into the living room. Niall's brother and his wife stand up from their seats on the couch, setting their coffee mugs down in the process, and greet me with wide smiles.

"You must be Evie?" Niall's sister in law speaks up, examining me with her hands on either of my forearms before pulling me into a tight hug. "I'm Denise. It's so good to meet you!"

"Great to meet you as well." I nod.

"Hello, Evie! I'm Greg." The other man nods, and I can't help but notice the resemblance that he, Niall, and Theo all share. "This is my wife, and that little monster running around is Theo." He explains and we all laugh.

"Theo, come here mate!" Niall says, scooping him up as he runs by.

"Don't tickle me again!" Theo begs, with a deep belly laugh.

"No, not this time. I just want you to meet somebody." Niall explains, propping him on his hip. "Theo this is Evie." He smiles, pointing at me.

"Hello!" Theo smiles, waving in my direction.
