Chapter 85
Niall's POV // One of the Few Things I'm Sure Of

December 29th - 3 days.

Long after eating way too much Indian food and an additional ice cream run (because Evie insisted we had worked hard enough to deserve it), Evie got a second burst of energy to finish packing the house.

I blame sugar.

"I've got an idea." She announced as she scooted to the edge of the couch and looked back at me, excitedly bouncing in her seat.

"Oh no." I said sarcastically just to see her cute little eye roll and have her smack me on the arm.

"I'm serious!"

"You were serious about going out at midnight to get ice cream too and that almost back fired on you..." I laughed.

"What good is having a superstar heart throb boyfriend if you can't use him to bribe the ice cream shop to stay open a little later so you can have ice cream?" She replied, with a hand on her hip and a wag of her head.

God, I love her.

"Might as well use all this star power for something I guess..." I shrugged my shoulders sarcastically and she laughed in the way that only I can make her do. "I can only imagine would you would be like pregnant! Heaven help us!" I teased and she shoved me with her shoulder and blushed.

She will be the best mum.

"So what is this grand idea that you've had at almost 2:30 in the morning?" I asked, smiling as I wrapped my arm loosely around her shoulders and curled her to me.

"Let's pack some more!" She exclaimed, smiling at me like it was normal and I had just said it was 2:00 in the afternoon not 2:00 in the morning.

"What?" I chuckled in disbelief as I watched her hop to her feet and wiggle her fingers in front of me to pull me up.

"Yeah! If we get it all done tonight then we can sleep in tomorrow."

Even though I had not gotten as much extra energy from the ice cream as she had, something about the look in her eyes when she said 'sleep in' made me believe that sleep wasn't the only thing she had in mind. And at that I was grabbing another box and following her to the next room that needed to be packed.

We finally fell into bed as the sun was coming back up. After a long nights sleep and a lazy morning, we finally got ready for the day and called the moving company to pick up these boxes that were being shipped to my house in L.A.

The boxes for our Ireland house will stay here a few more weeks until renovations are done there. We've found a renter for Evie's house, a young college girl starting at Vanderbilt in the fall.
