Song//Fell Apart by Tate McRae
Highly recommended//put on repeat(Please play the song when I say to. You'll mess up the chapter, but go ahead and do what you think is best 🤷♀️)
Your POV
"Bye mom! Drive safe!" You shouted as she drove away with Veronica.Your bare feet scraped against the rough sidewalk as you made your way back into your house; shutting the door. You sighed and ran upstairs to your room where your phone was awaiting you.
Once you stepped into the warm air, you closed the door behind you and threw yourself on your bed.
None of what your mom is doing, makes sense to you. She never went to a "Therapist Convention" before, and on top of that, she doesn't even like Veronica. Why would she make that 2 day road trip with the one person she doesn't get along with?
You rolled your eyes to the thought of that and grabbed your phone from your nightstand; bringing it up to your face.
You opened your messaging app and scrolled to a specific person.

You smiled to yourself as you placed your phone back on your nightstand. Suddenly you heard a knock on your bedroom door.
(A/N: PLAY THE SONG RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!!)
"What, Ethan?" You grumbled.
"Can I come in?" He asked.
"What do you want?" You asked, ignoring his question.
"I need to talk to you in person." He sighed.
"You can talk through the door." You said rolling your eyes.
Silence.
"You hurt me...you know?" You said nervously.
Silence again.
"I just need someone to talk to." He said with a weak voice.
