Grayson's POV
"We're here." Y/n says as she pulls the car into the driveway.

I look down to my feet and stared at my black vans; thinking about how y/n only sees me as a friend when it's the complete opposite for me. She placed her hand on my shoulder before my eyes darted back to her.

"You okay?" She asks sincerely.

Her curious eyes studied my face for any sign of unhappiness as a small warmth began to spread over my cheeks. My stomach twisted a bit by how much contact she's had with me.

"I'm good. Just tired." I lied.

"Well I'm here to talk if you need it. Okay?" She reassured.

"Okay." I smiled at her.

She patted my back a couple of times before opening her door and making her way to the trunk where my bags were laying. I did the same.

"Ethan said that his room is off limits, so you can just go upstairs and to the right is my room." Y/n directed me as she gave me a couple of duffel bags.

She carried the last two and closed the trunk; following close behind me as I copied her directions. Once I passed the front door to enter the house, I made my way through the hall and went upstairs just like she told me to.

Finally making it to her room, I gently placed the bags onto her bed. I scanned the pastel pink walls as old pictures from her childhood hung from them; making me feel like I was there when she was that young.

Once I heard her quiet footsteps approaching the door, I farted my eyes to the doorway and saw her petite body passing through and placing the last two bags on her bed beside the ones I put down.

I looked behind her and saw a small white desk that was decorated with tiny lights and amazingly hand drawn pictures of random things. I smiled as she turned around to look at the desk as well.

"Like it?" She asked.

"Yeah. Did you draw these yourself?" I asked as I walked closer towards it.

"Yeah, I only doodle when I'm bored." She shrugged.

"They're really good." I admit.

"Thanks." She smiled at me.

"What's with the rainy clouds?" I asked pointing to grey blobs with blue lines coming from them.

"Bad day." She said now standing right beside me.

My breath hitched as her head neared mine in attempt to point to a drawing in the far upper left corner. I backed away slowly to prevent any mistakes happening.

"That was when I first met you and your brother." She said.

I looked to where her finger was and saw a notebook with a dead rosebud drawn in it. I scrunched my eyebrows and looked in wonder at why she chose to draw that.

"It's an inside thing. Sorry." She apologized since she couldn't explain it to me.

"It's all good. You have a nice room." I said still looking around.
