The loud bursts of fireworks rippled through the sky, painting the start of the recreational games.
The first game was a scavenger hunt.
You practically died of embarrassment when all the screens flashed to Sato who had scooped you up from the stands because the item he had to find was a 'Cat'.
It had become quite the scene since the audience broke out into fits of joyous laughter when Bakugo jumped up angrily from seat, screaming and demanding for Sato to put you down while Todoroki who also stood up, was vehemently nodding and actually agreeing with Bakugo.
Sato looked at the two boys with confusion with you still in his arms, not understanding why they were so riled up.
"So, she counts, right?" He ignored the two as he darted his head around, expecting to get an answer from the voice of whoever was hosting the game, but the only response he got was more laughter and cheers from the crowd.
After Sato finally put you down and the scavenger hunt was finishing up, you felt like you already had enough of watching the recreational games.
You decided to leave your seat to take a bathroom break and a short walk to clear your head for your upcoming match against Iida.

Before you knew it, it was already time for the one-on-one matches to begin.
You remembered Midoriya's fight was up first so you returned to the stands to watch, but by the time you got there, the match was already over.
He had won against Hitoshi Shinso, a guy from the General Studies course with messy indigo colored hair and dark eye bags underneath his purple eyes.
As you took your seat, you noticed Bakugo was still there watching, but Todoroki had gone missing.

Shortly after he noticed y/n left her seat, Todoroki got up, deciding he was going to head to Player Waiting Room 2 to wait since his match was starting soon anyways.
Plus, he didn't want to be seated that closely to a certain ash blonde without y/n there in between them. On his way there though, he ran into Endeavor.
"You're in my way." Todoroki's tone and glare was as sharp as a knife.
"You're acting disgracefully, Shoto."
Todoroki ignored the comment and kept on walking past the #2 Hero, Todoroki's usually composed face was contorted with malice.
"If you used the power in your left side, you would've had an overwhelming victory in the obstacle course and cavalry battle. Stop this childish rebellion already. You have a duty to surpass All Might. You're different from your siblings. You are the greatest masterpiece! And if you'd just welcome the Quirk Marriage between you and the little neko..."
