You began searching the internet on Momo's laptop about anything that could help bring back Todoroki to his normal self.
You couldn't find much until you stumbled upon an old archive and clicked on one of the news articles. You read about how a few people in one city were turned into babies, one after the other, because of a mysterious de-aging Quirk.
The article also included statements and interviews from those who were affected, and apparently, they all had one connection in common...a brief random encounter with a shifty but charming male with teal colored hair and the same colored eyes to match.
Before you could read into it any further, you heard Baby Todoroki's cries and Bakugo's yells from right outside the door.
"Shut up, will ya?! Damn baby..."
You quickly got up and opened the door to see Bakugo holding Baby Todoroki, who was wearing a familiar dark blue and orange mini sized costume.
"What is he wearing?! I can't trust you to do a single thing-!"
"What? I think the little half-pint likes it!" Bakugo had the biggest shit eating smirk plastered on his face, feeling unbelievably smug about what he had done.
You stole Baby Todoroki away from him, first picking him up so that he was eye level with you, and then turning him in a few different directions to examine him in his Endeavor Hero costume.
"Although...I have to admit...Shoto does look pretty cute...!" You whispered, feeling a little guilty that you were enjoying this, because you knew teenage Todoroki would have hated this.

Bakugo snatched Baby Todoroki from you again, setting him down on the couch.
"This is gonna be great." Bakugo's evil grin exposed the whites of his teeth.
He took out his phone and started taking pictures of Baby Todoroki in the Endeavor costume.
You shrugged, eventually joining Bakugo and snapping a few pictures of your own.
