Bakugo slowly stood up first, shivering slightly in the process as a chill ran down his spine. He was tired of avoiding the damned ice. A grimace fell upon his face as he brought his crackling palm up to his...
The day has finally come, the day you would be departing for your one-week internship with one of the top pro Hero agencies.
Barely made it! You thought, glancing at the time on your phone.
Biting your bottom lip as you wiped the sweat off your forehead, you stepped into the busy train station. You adjusted your backpack that was weighing you down, nervously pulled on the duffle bag strap attached to your shoulder, and lifted the metal suitcase that had your Hero costume inside of it closer to your chest. You were distracted by all the people walking and crossing your path, but you quickly snapped out of it, becoming pumped about the new adventure you were about to go on.
Just one more step closer to becoming a Hero!
As that thought ran across your mind, you felt a shove against your back, making you stumble and almost fall flat on your face due to the extra weight you were carrying, but you were able to catch yourself.
"Sorry." You heard an unfamiliar voice say into your ear from behind you.
"That's OK-" You started to say as you slowly regained your composure and turned around, letting out a sigh of relief that you didn't fall, but you blinked repeatedly when there was no sign of anybody behind you.
That's strange... Your eyes narrowed but you shrugged it off when you spotted your classmates gathered around Aizawa and hustled your way there.
You ended up not riding with Aizawa this morning because you were busy with last minute packing and over-packing.
So he left you, saying that making it to the train station on your own with the amount of stuff you would be bringing with you would be the first trial of your internship...but you knew it was just because he didn't have the patience to wait for you.
"You all have your costumes, right? Remember, you aren't allowed to wear them in public." Aizawa stated nonchalantly, hands in his pockets. "And make sure you mind your manners with the Heroes at your internships!" Aizawa's voice raised as his droopy eyes ultimately landed on you. "Especially you, l/n."
Your jaw went slack, an offended sounding gasp escaping your lips.
Your class couldn't help but snicker at Aizawa calling you out, along with your face and reaction.
On the other hand, Todoroki had turned his head, shooting you a curious look from across the row of students, picking up on the fact that Aizawa must have said that for a reason, not just to poke fun at you.
I wonder where she'll be interning... He thought, realizing you never told him.
It was mostly his own fault that you didn't tell him, but he chose to blame it on the stressful events from this weekend.
"Off with you now." Aizawa's dismissal brought Todoroki back to reality.
As your class began to disperse to their rightful platforms, you were slow to leave since you were having a hard time lugging all your stuff, opting to drag your duffle bag that you decided you had enough of.
"Here, let me help you."
You were shocked and didn't have time to argue when a pair of hands snaked from around you, grabbing your duffle bag and snatching your suitcase out of your hands.
