Jay's POV
we're here at the hospital... I stayed with her all the time... We're in the labor room for 19hours already I can see bow much in pain Lein is. Yet the baby is not out. The doctor got in and checked something down her...
"the baby isn't moving, there's no change, dapat nasa 9cm ka na... Pero you're still 4 cm... I think we have to do an emergency cs"
"no doc, I want to do the normal birth, I can do it" nics said while panting
"we have to make if fast ok?"
"yes doc" then she looked at me with worry in her eyes and held my hand...
"sure ka? Ayaw mo cs?" i said
"mas masakit yun ehh" she said almost crying
"oh hindi na, sige na they'll bring you to delivery room"
"huh? You're not coming?"
"I'll follow... Titignan ko lang kung nanjan na sila dad"
"mamaya mo na tignannn please"
"Okay okay"
I helped her stand up, then let her sit in a wheel chair then rolled her to the delivery room.
@delivery room (7|16|18 2:30am)
"ok lein, you have to inhale then I'll count to ten then push, then repeat until the baby is out ok?"
"yes doc" she said then held my hand tight
The doctor did something again down her..
"ok ein, inhale... 1.. 2.. - 7.. 8.. 9.. Push.."
She gripped my hand really hard...
"Lein let's do it harder ok?"
Then the doctor started counting again..
"I can see the head but you need to push more, yung parang may nilalabas kang malaking poop"
"y-yes d-doc"
"Lein kaya mo pa ba? Cs ka na lang"
"Give me last chamce, please"
"Osige, last chance. If hindi na kaya cs na, okay?"
We both nodded and Lein started pushing again.
"you can do it love..."
"i-I h-hope so"
The doctor counted 4 more times then she raised the quiet baby...
"doc why is my baby not crying" Lein managed to say even though she's to exhausted from pushing
"it's going to be fine love... Shhhh" the I caressed her head
The doctor started pumping our baby's chest then holding him upside down and spanking his butt
"why isn't he crying?" Lein asked again while tears in her eyes starting to fall
"shh easy love, doc will do everything, right doc?"
"yup! Just a little pump and..."
*baby cries SO LOUD*
"there you go! Baby boy Faulkerson! July 16, 2018 2:52am! Good boy! Come let's meet your parents!" the doctor said gladly
"here's your little fighter, I thought we can't revive him but I heared slow fainted heart beats so I still tried, maybe he got too suffocated in your belly" then the doctor laughed
"super thank you doc... Specially for saving my son and Lein"
"no problem... Are you back? I'm a fan kasi eh"
"nope doc, can we just keep this all? No one knew except for our closest friends and fam eh?" I pleased doc
"sure no prob, so MOMMY Lein will be transfered to her room when they're done cleaning her then baby will stay in the incubator for a day para mas mamonitor... For now you can bond with your little family... I'll see yoy guys tomorrow to check you up! Congrats!" doc said emphasising the "mommy" word..
"thanks again doc"
I turned to look at my son and his mommy...
"hey young man!" I said and held his hand
He suddenly cried then tried to open his eyes, but still ended up closing them.. Then I and Lein chuckled... When I heared her sigh
"lalim naman nun" I said jokingly
"*chuckles* I'm gonna miss you both *sigh* take care of him ha? I hope I can still meet him... I'll donate my milk for him :) ipapadeliver ko na lang.."
"hayy ang hirap. Pero sure sige... Tsaka oo naman daming baby sitter nito, parang Matti lang toh eh"
Then we laughed
"I want to rest na..."
"Ok I'll give him to the nurse"
I carried our son and gave him to the nurses to clean him up and put him in the incubator... When I went back to Lein her eyes are closed looks like she's sleeping already... I come near her then held her hand
"thank you my love, for bringing our son to the world... I promise to take care of him, and give him my whole love... I love you, still.." I kissed her forehead
I felt her hand interwined with mine... Then she whispered
"Siegfred Sebastian M. Faulkerson" then she smiled.
