I'm realising that despite that giant list I wrote down, I only seem to get requests for characters from original universes and bnha, but I'm not complaining since I'm well versed in bnha.

Basics and grounding / character information

I'm going to say this here so I don't have to bring it up later, dragon based quirks are incredibly common in this fan base, so you're going to have to be very unique in the way you about this. It's kinda sad really, since dragon quirk concepts are normally pretty interesting, but awfully common. Now since you've written a story that has a fair few chapters so far, I'm not going to make you change her quirk because that would be unfair. Maybe if you keep the parts to do with temperature, like infrared, aka heat signature, and the fire scales and you could keep the lizard theme.

Of course you don't have to do this and what you've got is completely fine, but as someone who is also writing a piece for the series, the more unique a characters abilities, the more attention they get. Having an incredibly strong character doesn't mean that they are necessarily better than a character with weaker ones.

Like I said, you don't have to follow what I've said here, but at least make sure your character has room for improvement and can develop as the plot goes on.

Only thing here is to give her a wider range of hobbies, most people enjoy doing more than one or two things.
