Okay this gives me a pretty good view of the character and it's gives a good impression of his character. Though you could give more detail on his personality and appearance to make him feel more developed and thought out.

I actually really like this, it sounds like a genuinely interesting story and if you ever actually write it be sure to hit me up I'll definitely check it out. Once again all I can say is to develop and flesh out this more so it feels more realistic.

I normally only recommend have one 5 and they need to be balanced out with 1s so maybe lower one of those and it should be good.
Final thoughts I really like this character and universe, he's pretty interesting and well thought out. I think you just need to develop and work on him more so that he feels more real and seemlessly blends into the universe.
