I like the sound of her and this is done pretty well. All I can really say is to add more detail and maybe develop her further, but apart from that she's really cool.

Some more development and this could be really good. Make sure these relationships help flesh out and help her grow as a person.

This works without the context of V3, but I recommend also developing something to do with that. I don't wanna spoiler anything so like I'm not gonna tell you how, but I'm sure you can figure it out if you have seen/played it.
Either way, this needs more development to make her more fleshed out and realistic.

These are pretty balanced so there's no issues here.
Final thoughts This character is pretty well done and I like the sound of her. Just a couple more additions here and there and this character will be good to go.
