Faith's POV

"Location. What are we thinking? Destination wedding? Traditional church?" Heather, our wedding planner asked.

"Well I want it to be in a church in North Carolina-"

"We're havin it in New York. Period." Dave butted in.

I faked laugh and rolled my eyes at Dave then looked back at her. "It's still being decided on. What can we get done right now?"

"Okay that's perfectly fine. We can put a pin in it." She flipped through her planner. "Well I should have asked this first. When do you want to get married?" She looked back up and smiled at us.

"I'm thinking the winter after next. It would give us a good year and a half to get everything together. Everything has to be perfect. I don't want anything being rushed."

"I want the summer that's coming up."

"Dave that's next month." I looked at him with a confused look on my face. Maybe he meant next summer?

"I'm aware. The sooner the better."

"But you know I hate summer."

"And you know I fucking hate winter. Then it's gone be dumb cold in the city. I'm not fuckin with it." He shook his head.

"We're not getting married in New York. We already discussed this and agreed on North Carolina."

"No, you agreed on North Carolina by yaself. I said New York from jump. All my people out there."

"Majority of both of our families are in North Carolina, Dave. You're not making any sense right now."

"Summer and in New York." He told the wedding planner. "Write all that down." He gestured his hand to her planner.

Wedding planning with this man has been the most difficult thing to do. I thought I was going to be picky when it's really been him. He has shut down almost everything that I want or suggested. He's been so difficult, but I'm trying to remain calm and practice compromising with my future husband.

I gave her a look and subtly shook my head. She placed her pen down and just looked at us. "Do we have colors?" She asked, treading lightly.

"Blue and gold." We said at the same time and looked at her. I let him have his blue and I got my sparkle.

"Oh babe if we do my winter wedding then we could still incorporate your blue in majority of the wedding." I grabbed his arm and pulled him closer to me. "I really want my winter wonderland theme. Please just think about it. Please?" I poked my lip out to try and convince him.

He looked at me and then leaned forward to kiss my bottom lip. "I'll think about it. I'm not saying yes!" He said the last part fast before I got excited. "But I'll think about it."

"Thank you." I smiled at him. "So just add that with a question mark." I told her.

"Okay got it." She said after she wrote it down. "Have we thought about how many guests we want?" She looked between the both of us.

Dave and I looked at each other with questionable, uncertain looks on our faces. "Five....four...." I trailed off and he looked at me like I was crazy. "Three..." I asked with squinted eyes and he relaxed his face as in agreeing with that number. "Okay so three hundred-ish people. More or less give or take."

"Perfect. How many in your wedding party?"

"She ain't got no friends so we slim in that department."
