10:13 AM, After class, Wellston School Hallway
John POV
I was just looking at my phone to check what my next period is since I always forget, while some students started chatting around me
"Hey have you heard? Zeke pissed of yet another royal! And this time it's Remi!"
"What? What did he do now?"
"From what I heard. He was caught bullying Seraphina"
"Seriously? Why does the royals still care for Seraphina anyway? She's just a cripple now"
Zeke? I swear to god I'll fucking kill him the next time I see him. Seems like the lesson I gave him wasn't enough
While I was consumed by anger, I still decided to go check up on Sera first
Wellston Infirmary
Remi POV
I waited inside the infirmary beside Sera whose sitting on the infirmary bed
"Seraphina... I'm so sorry that this is happening to you. This is all because of my ignorance. If only I knew long before of what is going on at this school" I explained
"No, Remi... It's fine. I also took my power for granted, and ignored all the things that was going on around me... And now that I'm powerless, I regret that I didn't do anything with what was given to me"
*creak* Someone entered the infirmary
John POV
I looked at each of the infirmary beds after I entered the infirmary until I finally found her
"Sera?"
"John...
"Is it true? Was it Zeke again? What did he do you?" I asked while grinding my teeth from anger
"Yeah it was..."
"That's IT! I'll go find him right NOW!" I went straight to the door to go find Zeke
"No John! It's okay... I'm just a cripple anyway" Said Sera
"Sera... Please, don't think that way" I said
"Then what am I supposed to do? I'm tired of feeling disappointed. So I just started to accept it."
I hate seeing Sera giving up like this... But I can't blame that on her. I KNOW what Sera is going through right now. I'm just afraid that if she gets her ability back... She'll end up like ME. Finally getting the chance of getting vengeance to the one that gave you hell. But I can't
This world is so trash. Why are we even given abilities? What's the purpose? They're only good for hurting people and place you on to a stupid hierarchy

The room went silent
"Uhm... So guys. We finally found out who Terrence works for!" Said Remi to break the silence
"You did?" Asked Sera
"Yeah! And like we expected, It's an entirely different organisation... Its not Ember. It's apparently named ZetaSci" Remi explained
"ZetaSci? Never heard that before" I said
Someone suddenly butted in to our conversation
"Hey kids! How did you know that name?"
"Doc? W-why are you asking? Do you know something about them?" Remi asked
