The rain stopped hours ago, so John and Sera was once again sitting together at the rooftop under the cloudy weather
Sera was playing on her phone, while John on the other hand was just staring at the grey sky, spacing out
She took a quick glance at John, and began, "John... what are you thinking about?" She raised an eyebrow, because he didn't even realize that Sera was talking, so she shook his shoulder "Hey..."
"Oh, huh? Sorry I was just..."
"What were you thinking about?" She asked, "Something wrong?"
"I was just thinking of..." He.said, and hesitated to finish his sentence, "Who can stop both of us?"
"You mean because of the powers we have?" Sera had this disapproving look to where John's thoughts were headed towards, "You know that is the one thing the authorities fears, right?"
"Yeah, but... What even are they?" He asked, irritated, "They're just turning a blind eye to everything!"
"So what do you want them to do?" She replied, "I'm not being sarcastic, by the way. I really want to know your thoughts"
"Can't they just stop favoring the high-tiers, and treat everyone equally?" He replied from the bottom of his heart, "It was bad enough that they implemented the hierarchy, so they can shove it down our throats that no one is equal"

The hierarchy system...
The system that everyone has to follow, no matter where and who you are. The system that was already ingrained people since they were just little kids
When people were still kids, at first, they thought about the hierarchy as nothing more than a sport
They clash and battle each other for fun. But as they grew older, their ability fluctuates. Some fluctuates greatly, while some even barely got stronger, supernaturally wise
And that was when people realize their place in the hierarchy. Accepting the unfairness, and live the rest of their lives embracing their lot in life, and can't get out of their own bubble, and the Authorities are making sure that's the case
So where does the problem lies?
Is it the powers that we have?
The way the Authorities handle the society?
The unfair Hierarchy?
The answer is simple... Everything
With these three gone, people would surely live a better life, even if it's just for a little bit. But John realizes that this won't solve all the problems, and as he thought about it, he felt this urge to do something about it
