6:02 PM, Wellston Boys Dormitories

John POV

I was just in my room laying on the bed playing games on my phone while suddenly I heard someone knocking on the door

*knock**knock*

Who is it? It can't be Blyke... He's not even sharing rooms with me anymore. It's probably Sera...

*creak* "Pinky? What is it?"

"*sigh* you're still calling me that... Anyway, have you heard the news today about EMBER? Turns out that theres more of them... It's currently happening in a city called Tronia, and apparently its not even that far away from this city. Let's go now! What do you say?"

"Why are you so enthusiastic about all of this. You couldn't even do shit against Volcan and according to the news... This one is EVEN stronger. And you STILL want to go? You'll just get in my way and slow us down. I'll go alone"

"Huh... Funny. You're taking this differently than you used to. Before... You couldn't bare it to help me avenge my brother, but now you're actually taking this seriously?" Asked Remi

"sigh* listen here... It's not like that."

"Well, anyway... Maybe you should brand yourself as a superhero! Give yourself a nickname or something!" Said Remi giving of a stupid smile

"No... That's stupid. I'm not gonna do that. Period"

"Oh... That's a shame. Well? are you going to go now?" Remi asked

"Pinky... Stop telling me what to do... It's pissing me off"

"Oh sorry, I didn't mean in that way. It's just... EMBER isn't on their break or anything you know... They're continuing to murder superheroes." Said Remi looking sad

"*sigh* you know what? FINE... I'll go now. You happy?!"

7:30 PM, Tronia Subway Station

*sigh* So annoying... After how much I've warned Pinky to stay out of this because it's too dangerous, she still decided to come anyway. This stubborn little...

We dressed the same as we did the last time. I still dressed by what Sera gave me that day, and Pinky still looks stupid as ever

"Well that was fast... We were only on the train for 30 minutes! Neat." Said Remi

"Let's just get this over and done with like last time"

"Okay"

As soon as we arrived at Tronia, I suddenly realised that something is missing

"Wait! Pinky... We don't even have a target this time... How are we going to find Ember at this rate?" I asked

"Oh... We actually do have. I just forgot to tell you, sorry. Her name's Lynne"

"Wow you could've told me that sooner... I got all worked up for nothing"

We were walking in the middle of the town while suddenly I sensed an aura. An orange-haired woman appeared in front of us with her purple eyes glowing. She's also wearing a half black mask like what Volcan wore.

What the fuck? Why is there a woman suddenly in front of us as soon as I sensed an aura? Did she teleport or something? If so... Where was she before she teleported?

"Who are you kids? And what business do you have here?" Said the woman

"We're here to find a female named Lynne" Said Remi

"Lynne?" The woman suddenly smirked "The fact that you kids know that name... must mean that you two are superheroes..."

"Huh?" We were both confused

Who is this woman? Why does she straight out assume that we're superheroes?
