Scott's POV

* flashback*

" YES!! Oh my go Scott I love you!!" Mitch shouted and jumped into my arms.

I took his hand and put the ring on his index finger.

" I can't believe we are going to be together for ever! Nothing will come in our way" Mitch shouted and kissed me.
* flashback over*

I was sitting next to his bed on the hospital sobbing.

I was holding Mitch's cold hand, kissing it through the sobs.

* flashback*

I was at home waiting for Mitch when I got a phone call.

It said it was from Mitch.

He probably just can't decide witch shirt to buy

" hi, is this Scott Hoying?"

I froze.

This isn't Mitchie.

" yeah" I said and my voice was shaking.

" Mitch Grassi has been in a car accident. He hit his head and a part of his brain has stopped working.
We don't think he'll make it, but he at the hospital if you want to visit him one last time" I hanged up and started screaming.

I started sobbing and continued to scream.

This can't be true!!

*flashback over*

The doctors said that if he don't wake up today, he's never going to.

I've been here for about a week and I haven't slept or eaten anything.

I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

They said that if he wakes up, he won't be able to do a lot of things because of his brain damage.

* 2 hours later*

I was nearly falling asleep when I saw it.

He opened his eyes!!

I immediately started crying and hugged him.

He didn't hug back.

I looked at him and one if his eyes were a little more down than the other.

He was still the most beautiful thing on the planet.

I pressed a button so that the nurse could come.

She gasped when she saw him and she immediately ran out to get a doctor.

I was squeezing Mitch's hand and smiling at him.

And he actually smiled back.

I got so happy and tears were running down my face.

" Mitch can you hear me?" I asked and he smiled.

I started sobbing in joy.

Soon the doctor came in and did some tests with Mitch.

He failed at all of them.

He could barely move, he couldn't speak, he wasn't that smart.

But he could smile, and he could move enough to grab my hand.

And that was enough for me.

What are words when you really don't mean them when you say them.

What are words of there only for good times, then they don't.

When it's love yeah you say them out loud these words, they never go away.

They love on, even when their gone.

I made a promise that I would always love him, no matter what.

And that's what I'm doing.

I've been taking care for him for about 2 years now.

And I would do everything to make him smile.

He still has my heart and will love him no matter what, forever and always.

A/n okay this was sad, the song is sad. I'm crying because I saw the music video for the song.
