In the future after Adeline's death Maxie and Josh have been married happily for four years and has a handsome two year old son named Blake Adam Donaldson and now are expecting their second child togather which is going to be a little girl that Maxie wants to name Rose addy Donaldson after Adeline. Josh couldn't be more happy or emotional as Maxie picked that name for her.
